Cluckeye bug dropping with old legendary power

I was on my dh and found 2 Cluckeye bows with the old legendary power chance to cluck when attacking. Not the new 1 with Casting hex - Angry Chicken

Cluckeye dropped is showing 9+ Max Discipline (Demon Hunter) as a secondary affix while playing Witch Doctor. This particular Cluckeye was an Ancient item if helpful.
