It is difficult to write the exact locations as the errors occur at random, but let me try:
1.) Freezes/disconnects: Several times (and frankly more often since the new patch) i experienced lags/freezes (while maintaining stable pings).
2.) Also the shadow clones did often disappear upon the change of an area (especially during bounties)
