False. There are 2 types of botters. 1 that goes ham 24/7 and get banned. Another that controls the number of hours and went under the radar. Thus those who arent banned are still higher paragon than an average human farmer.

And especially example 2 is a slippery slope, player X played 10 h/d is he a cheater? nobody knows, but lets say im out played and out para’d by 10 players who have 10 h/d and make the claim that there are cheaters among them, these kind of vague accusations lays doubt on them all.

Is wanting them handled more effectively a crime? Does it require bending over backwards to present factual numbers that no one can provide to solve the issue at hand? Absolutely not, and without exaggeration.

The history is this person, and maybe a few others used all their alt accounts to get the old thread muted by mass flagging it. It actually worked HOWEVER there are still cheaters all over the D3 leaderboards and forums making the topic still relivant.
Once Blizz gets a better hold on the filth by removing them in game, all past a present leaderboards, and remove their forum account and posts, we will have peace.
Will this happen? Who knows but at least Blizz implemented a paragon cap, which is a huge step in the right direction for anti-cheat.

Here you are making things up again. According to you nobody has been banned for th, but now people have been banned for macro’s? How would you know this, have you seen their email from blizzard?
The exaggeration part is the vague implications that you throw. This thread about other cheats like th, macro’s and what not can aply on anyone. You will say “its not up to me to police this game, let blizzard do its work”. Then how do you know that these people around you are using other cheats then bot, because there is only 1 suspect case in the ssf barb board.
Other thing you are exaggerating is that there is hardly anyone negative on this season, when i gave you examples of forum threads that are negative on this season you cried defamation where there was no defamtion whatsoever.
And another is cheaters having no skill, they are way ahead of you, like 21-23 grifts ahead, that does not come from primal gear (even tho they have only a few things primal more than you). You can say they dont deserve it, but you cannot maintain that they dont have skill, because even with primals you need to clear those grifts manually.

Ok you must be a fanboy! My experience in game is very different from the forums, perhaps you should jump in the game more and see furst hand how active the season is. The forums have tons of negative posts seeking attention, its always been that way.
The only “exaggerating” I see is better perceived as opinion, in which everyone is entitled. Trying to force an opinion or perspective however is much different. The point is they are totally vague accusations towards the leaderboard where you make everybody suspect. And besides im glad you have no power whatsoever in the game or the forum. You would ban anyone in game that you would find remotly suspect. You would ban anyone on the forum disagreeing or questioning your stories.

I have been in the game and have looked, i have seen way less friends online, i have seen way lower amount of people playing. It is easy to see when you compare for example hc leaderboards, they are not even filled to 1000, even when combined ssf and non ssf. Besides im not unrealistic, i dont blame the para cap soley, but i see it as a part of several reasons.

I have never defended cheating. Not sure how you get to those cobclusions. All my comments are on how the TOS is interpreted by different law bodies.
botters affect the general players of ranks but doesn’t affect elite player ranks. Elite player is what metal calls himself WHICH he is questionable. Elite players can get the same ranks deapite been under paragoned. Its rare, but it does happen. Its alot of effort, its unfair but it can be done.

metalhead is 1100 para of SSF on a 135 tier. kozmik is 1700 para on 148. If you think kozmik is a botter then…well.
At his playing experiences he has no reason to clear lower than 145 at minimum.
When i group, i don’t judge on paragon, i value skill/knowledge. I believe thanatos asked for 5k para cap and i wanted it lowered. Honestly, Just put a reasonable cap permanently and end these meaningless cheat/anti cheat debates. On metals old post, my view was eliminate incentives to bot and subsequently kills botting. I view banning a bandage, not long term solution. I have never promoted botting.
I believe i have congratulated you on your pb while been lower paragoned. I like to see low paragon win against high paragons. That’s a stance until this game server is shut.

Metalhead and I have personal grudge above the hypocricy many perceives him to be. No doubt some of his recommendations are healthy for the community but his intentions are questionable. As stated on his old post, I have evidence on his tyranny leadership style completely opposite the image he is creating on this forum, as such he has continuesly boycotted my replies and silenced me through his various connection accounts. As a member on long term playerbase, some of us have/had connections within Blizzard to confirm certain things. Ofc I can not provide anything to this claim since huge personnel changes @ Blizzard has cut the ties. Nevertheless, some of the grudge is my fault, due to he causes tragic losses on dear friend of mine. Whoever you are and whatever your personal agenda have no ties with me.

Thats my clan, not me. I dont have particular interest in these kind of speed 150s. I prefer setup based meta like LoD SP/WD spirit barrage or any form of TK requires gatherings.

I did not start the clan. Leader was passed onto me. In this game, personal relationships far exceeds above everything. I joined this clan because of 1 person. End of day its just a game and we spend our leisure time pursue enjoyments what ever that definition is to you. To me, people far exceeds everything else where once upon a time, legitness and gameplays were everything. Once upon a time, there was 0 tolerance to cheating and I reported hundreds of accounts. Those days are behind.
