Not speaking about the OP, but in general, there are just people on this forum (and other forums) who cannot let things go. The term “let bygones be bygones” is completely alien to them. To them, you may as well be speaking Swahili.
Hypothetically speaking, if someone has already had 5+ accounts banned over the past few seasons, what do you think should happen?

Personally I’d say yes. They paid for the game 5+ times and support the developer of the game I like.
They will just be banned again if they continue to cheat.

In 2022, Blizzard had revenue of $1.936 billion dollars.
Do you honestly think that a botter spending $150 dollars to buy tbe game 5 times in a single year makes any difference whatsoever in D3 development and support?
Blizzard revenue last year was nearly 2 billion dollars.
If there are only half as many bots as these forums make them out to be, then yes the botter revenue will make a difference.

It would be inconsequential even if one went with the most absurd estimate of botters.
To prove this, let’s assume there is a 10,000 botters who all paid an extra $60. That is only $600k which is trivial compared to 2 billion dollars.
Botters should be banned for violating the EULA. Botters are not keeping D3 alive. In fact, their existence hurts Blizzard sales broadly as many players value integrity and want a fair gameplay environment.
Blizzard’s motto is:
Play nice. Play fair.
If that is your motto as a video game corporation, cheaters need to be banned.

No. I’m not going to. I wanted to see if somebody was going to lay what they claim on the table.
Plus, if I remember correctly, that site is owned or managed by that streamer rakes or whatever his name is. Big red flag.

I wouldn’t accuse you of fabricating anything, you’ve given me no reason to believe you would. I never claimed or thought you were disingenuous. I was only curious why some are so eager and willing to point someone in the general direction of evidence but won’t point right to it. I could see someone saying “Call outs” but there is nothing in the rules about that, just some blue saying “We don’t like it” or something. However, the claims were already made and that’s no different.

I’m not the only console player who posts here. This just says “General Discussion”, not “PC General Discussion” like the D4 forums do. When a person posts on a forum, they usually always gravitate towards the top “General” section. In the D4 forums, the console discussion is right under it (smarter move) and while it still only has half the traffic that the PC one does, the traffic in the console discussion here is nearly non-existent.

i do have the ingame screen shot of the Chat dialogue between me and his team mate confirming “NoWhere” is Celtic who is also Abella. They are all the same person.

I will take your word for it i guess. But like i said i dont really care who or what he is (i also play EU), if his arguments are sound and reasonable i care more for that then what we get from the other side with overdramatisation and made up stuff.

He plays NA, Aussie server. Also, his argument arent reasonable at all.

Thats where we differ, i find metalhead mostly exaggerated and making up stuff, he then calls it facts, but fails to give supporting reasoning and resorts to discredit anyone who questions those “facts”.
