17) Help, My Characters are Missing
Make sure you are in the correct region where your characters are. In the launcher there is an option to choose what region you want to play in. Characters are only part of the region they are created in (A Europe Character will only be in the Europe region, not in the NA region).

Which brings us to your seasonal DH…

…which is on the EU server region. If you accidentally launched the game connecting to the Americas or Asia server region, that EU DH wouldn’t be available. At the bottom left of the Battlenet launcher, there’s a little world symbol, click that and ensure you select EU.
