Chapter quests in D3 seasonal

in D3 seasonal character my chapter quests are missing from the right hand of the start page. I can not complete my seasonal quests after level 70. Ok I got the screenshot but I have never put one in here. How do I do it?

In game press shift+J to open seasonal journey page. Or click the small map looking icon in the very upper right screen, next to the seasonal leaf icon. In menu, click the down arrow to open drop down menu. Journey steps are shown there.

The box that comes up when I press shift +j is empty and there is no small looking icon in the very upper right screen, only seasonal icon. Now what.

You were given the answer to this in another thread you started…

It did not address my issue. I still have the problem.

Then can you specify exactly what the issue is?
When you press Shift + J to view the Season Journey window, what do you see?
Please post a screenshot or give a detailed description.

If you take a screenshot, upload it to a free image hosting site (e.g. imgur) and then…

  1. Copy the URL to the clipboard
  2. Paste the URL into your forum post
  3. Highlight the URL in your post
  4. Click the </> button in the editor
  5. This will turn your URL into pre-formatted text
  6. Whilst not clickable, the URL will be properly formatted so others can copy / paste it like this… http://www.ThisIsAnExample.com/HowToMakeLinks.htm

the issue is that I have no seasonal status as to the quest in each chapter as before in prior seasons. When I press shift + j, the interface comes up but there is nothing showing, just a blank screen.\

Use this until you can show us what you’re actually seeing…

thanks Meteorblade. I’ll get you a screenshot but it is basically a blank screen. All it has is the title at the top. I got a screenshot now, how do I get it in here?

Scroll up a couple of posts to where I gave exact, step-by-step instructions to do that…

well I was playing tonight and when I decided to call it a night, lo and behold what did I see but the chapter quests popped up. I did not do anything to cause this, it just appeared out of nowhere.

In my first response to this thread, I linked to a post with methods of how to resolve the issue.
Within the resolution methods post was this…

So, whilst you were playing, did you complete some journey tasks and/or obtain an achievement?

Well it is back to not working again. When I go to shift + j the screen is blank again and when I click on my character icon in upper left and click on season journey it also brings up a blank screen. It is weird because it worked for a couple of logins and now not working. I have completed objectives and it has shown me some but not all of them as it should. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Can you clarify, have you actually done all of the things suggested in this thread…

And, again, can you upload a screenshot of what you’re actually seeing in-game…

I have tried to upload the screenshot as per your instructions but it will not let me. It tells me I can not upload a link here. I have tried all the suggestions you gave. I have uninstalled and reinstalled for the third time. I am confounded with this.

Then you are not following the instructions correctly.

Here they are again… with pictures:

I will try again, but I did it 3 times and got the same message that I could not enter a url into my post.

That is why you need to surround it with the backward quotes (``) or select the URL and click the preformatted text button.

I think maybe you misunderstand what the end result will look like. You do not have permission to post live links or embed images into your post. Some forum users have those permissions, and can put the actual images in their posts, but you do not.
