Start game button is disabled + “only party leader can do that”"
Beside this: 319014
I tried: switch characters, switch between public/solo, repaired game, nothing works.
Please give me a hint how to fix the issue and play the game.

If not…
Something odd is going on… you’re the fourth player on Europe to report this issue… you’re the first one to mention the 319014 though. So I’m not sure if your issue is the same as the other 3.

I have the same problem, I can’t start the game (playing solo on EU server), and the error code 319014 shows up in the chat

children work at Blizzard, they don’t know how to fix anything, and these people are trying to make Diablo 4, imagine which one will come out …
They do, but they are not prioritizing fixing this particular bug. If you are Silenced in any Blizzard game, you can’t make a game in D3. This started back in October, as you know.
You will be able to play again once your Silence has ended. Yours seems to be particularly long given you first mentioned it back in Nov.
