I have windows 10, updated. I think it’s not the problem.
I updated my WIN 10 and restarted PC, i still have the problem.
It only remains to wait for an update of the game

Do you know off the top of your head any major differences in setups? Having 1x work and 1x not seems like the best chance at solving the issue to me (without Blizzard intevention) at this point.
Oh no… Im windows 7 and have never needed to upgrade, and dont really want to. Do i have to? to be able to play? … : /

Yes. The game requires Win 10 on PC.
But wouldn’t it be nice, if there’d anything to test at all?

You can upgrade for free. This applies to anyone running Windows 7 or 8.

You can upgrade directly with the app, or use the app to create a USB installer.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND backing up your data beforehand.

Im getting this as well, but I think that number is a referrence number. I am getting a black screen for .1 seconds then an unexpected error message. Im using windows 10 on parallels on a Mac mini 16 gb m1

Here is my code, but i think it’s just an ID. It happens the same way. Game looks like its starting up fine, then black for a mili second and unexpected error pops up with no information other than what I think is a randomly generated code.
Still getting unexpected error (F8B746F3-CC95-4C2D-8925-B8330AE060D3) . Have restarted client and PC, tried repair, make sure drivers were updated, and double checked specs to make sure I had everything (which I do).
Seems like all there is to do is to wait for some kind of update from Blizz since everything checks out okay on this end. Isn’t beta fun?

I changed region to europe, same error, but appear to be getting further on the asia region… fingers crossed it eventually loads… been 2 minutes with out the aforementioned crash error
UPDATE: crashed, same error
Im praying they can figure it out. Noticed i was having the problem yesterday before launch when trying to run game.exe file which is in the games folder. Others said they could get to cinematics. I kept getting this error.
