not working yet on my laptop, only on 10 years old PC
they told me it was either my firewall stopping it, which this would be the only game thats happening too, so i doubt it, or my graphic card isnât good enough. works fine on every blizzard game, canât imagine how that can be the issue. I just asked for a refund and iâll re buy once the fix all this, im just not a lucky one that gets to check it out early. worse things have happened to me than this. Life will go on. I will see you all in October.

For me, I had to get the latest driver update for my GTX 970. To do so I also needed the update my windows 10 as my version did not support the latest driver update. After that worked fine.
Still no fix. W T F !

For anyone with Intel Iris XE, what worked for me was not the newest driver but actually the oldest (for 11th gen) - ver. 8783. Some newer will probably work as well but I have not tried. Got my char to level 6 without any issues, smooth and perfectly playable on low details.
Ok guys let me help you⌠I had same issue when beta early access start i have hp gaming laptop ryzen5 etc⌠and i was getting same error when i click D2R launcher at the same time my org D2 LOD couldnt work with glide wrapper i was playing with glide wrapper 2 months ago but untill today when i start lod i can hear but cant see the game anyway⌠i think problem is in windows some where but im not sure what is problem the way how i fixed problem i just quick recovery windows 10 and just updated later then game start working even D2 LOD with glide wrapper fine now i test D2R beta with my old laptop amd4 and i see even my old laptop run game (pretty slow) but at least launched so if you guys recovery windows problem will be fix i hope gl & hf allâŚ
Well open Beta is here I tried to launch again, at least now you get a pop up window saying âThis game requires Windows 10 or greater to runâ before the other window from the closed beta pops up. Guess theyâre serious about this Win 10 only thing. Not switching to that OS just to play 1 game, so I guess iâll be needing the refund. Odd that this one game has the highest system requirements of any Blizzard game.
