Can't log in get error code

I have now tried to log in twice when trying to get into the game and it keeps saying loading error
code 359002. I don’t know what to do. please Help!!!

Looks like North America Servers are down for some reason. Most of us are hanging out in ------> Loading the hero (error 395002) - #19 by MaYheM-1925 ; plenty of others with same issue.

We resolved this earlier. Should be good to go from here on out. If it comes back today please post on this thread below.
