Can't copy Characters

I made the level one monk then tried to copy and it says it’s having trouble retrieving the license error 358000 . what should i do

Also can’t copy. Error code: 395000. “There is a problem loading the game license.” Using Mac, OSX 10.13.6

I get 395000 error and game licence not found error… i am on bought legit game etc… so no PTR copy atm

Character Copy Bug: Character copy is currently not working as intended and will not transfer non-seasonal characters from live. This is currently under investigation. I think the PTR just went down anyways so I assume a few bugs are being fixed.

Just tried again PTR Copy worked this time!
