I first recognized this problem when I was not able to click on a conduit pylon. I continued the greater rift because I could attack and move. This was my first greater rift of level 70 so it was a big deal for me when I could not pick up my first ancient primal. I felt cheated out of a primal and this has upset me but I exited out and was again able to continue with no issues.
