If I could I would give you all of my wings, I never use them.
You can have most of my pets as well, I only use 2-3 of them.

Some are possible some aren’t. Some were only available for a short time, or as a one time offer, like the ones you got from having legacy and upgrading to RoS when it first came out. As far as I know, any wings you can obtain from in game rewards are still available, like cosmic, set dungeon, etc.

Those were a prize from completing season 17 journey. They will only be available again if they are a season reward.

You can also get two nice pairs of green wings by doing all the set dungeons. It is fairly easy (but takes time) to ‘‘complete’’ all the set dungeons to get the small green wings. It is harder (and takes even longer as you often have to retry multiple times some dungeons) to ‘‘master’’ all set dungeons (including all the objectives) to get the large green dragon wings. As for the cosmic wings you will need to be VERY patient. It took me 10 days of farming non stop morning to evening to get them (after about 50 rainbow goblins), and I was quite lucky. Some people have killed hundreds of rainbow gobs and still have not found Princess Lilian who drops the wings…
There is a pinned topic Liist of all Wings, Cosmetics, Pets, and Promos on “Items and Crafting” forum. It contains all wings and other cosmetics and how they can be acquired. Note that many are no longer available.

You were very lucky to get the Cosmic Wings in only 10 days of farming. I’ve been looking for them ever since their release back in patch 2.4.1 (2016) and just as I was giving up all hope, they finally dropped last season in a public Split Bounty.
RNG and drop rate for these are very very low since they only drop from a specific boss (Princess Lillian) and only in Whimsydale opened by a rainbow goblin (https://diablo.fandom.com/wiki/Whimsydale) … not in Whimsyshire (https://diablo.fandom.com/wiki/Whimsyshire).

Swell. This was not entirely unexpected over time, as I had to source those images from the most reliable place at the time (Diablo 3 wiki on Fandom). Looks like I get to go redo those specific ones that are broken when I update the guide for Season 21.
Of course had Blizzard actually done a proper game guide I could have sourced them from there instead. It’d have taken longer since they’re embedded as background images and require digging through source code to find, but would have been around longer than a third party site would. Of course, with Blizzard having effectively neutered the game guide in what looks to be their very half-hearted attempt to transition off of the old site code, we may lose even those images I was able to source from Blizzard directly.
This wouldn’t even be an issue if Blizzard had enabled local caching of images for certain post types (wikis, which the transmog guide is). Discourse does allow for local image caching.
It’s going to be slightly slower going this time around since my week is going to be spent prepping for my ankle surgery (getting signed off by various doctors) and the ankle surgery itself, which happens the day before S21 starts. I’ll get to it as quickly as I can, and hopefully there are replacement images I can use. There should be unless the pages got nuked on the Fandom side.
Absolute worst case scenario, if enough images keep going missing, I can create a table layout like it is now, but sans imagery and only using text/links. But that really defeats the purpose of a one stop transmog guide that lets you see what is what and how to get it before going out to farm for it in the game.

Found one portal after 7 hours…to whimsydale…I heard princess Lilian can only be found in whimsyshire not whimsydale?
No, Princess Lilian (who drops the cosmic wings) can only be found in whimsydale (opened by killing rainbow gobs). In whimsyshire (which you get to using the staff of herding) you can find Sir William which gives you the rainbow portrait.
