Same here 395002 error. Now cannot log back in. Error loading Hero data

Same here. in another post that i replied, someone mentioned that he bought another game and it worked? Worse case is they roll back out account?
Same here! I did every step for fixing the problem! Did not work…
I have the same issue - most likely on their end if so many people are having the same issue. Tried all of the troubleshooting - no joy. This happened after updating to newest patch. Hope they get it corrected soon…
