You can get unperfect life% roll on primal shield. I just got 15% life on my primal stormshield rerolling attributes using Myriam.
The bug is not console-specific.
This was reported on the old forums.
It was also reported back in October 2019 on the new forums…
It remains unaddressed / unfixed for a couple of years at this point.
And also why this game don’t want to roll -%damage reduced from elites on this shield when I use Myriam? I have done hundreds of rerolls and nothing.
