If re-rolled, the shield gets 15%, not 18%.
You can get unperfect life% roll on primal shield. I just got 15% life on my primal stormshield rerolling attributes using Myriam.
And was also reported just three days ago…
So I got an Primal Ancient that doesn’t have the max value for an affix.
