[Bug] No extra Orbs dropping with Innas Monk

When playing Innas wather ally Monk the extra Orb does not dropp when the Elites are killed by the Ally.
Reproduce:

  1. Unlock the +1 extra Orb in the Altar
  2. Play Innal set with Wather ally
  3. Let the Allys kill an Elite Pack and the extra Orb will not drop
    Optional:
  4. Dont use the ally skill at all and kill a elite pack → Orbs will drop again.

Probably related to this bug report: Patch please ! Progress orb node not working with pet build

It would seem kills by pets are not triggering the extra orb.
