The armory equips items one by one.
At a transition, it tried to equip Bul-Kathos’s Warrior Blood on the left hand, but you had already equipped one on the right hand. It would violet the rule (can’t equip same weapon on both hands) and therefore couldn’t do so.
Same thing will happen on rings, too.
It is how the Armory works.
