I can’t loggin on my Battlenet account, the screen ask me to solve a 14 dice problem 20 time, but every time it say a made a mistake.
Not sure if it is something in Asia or EU region, but I have never been asked to solve a puzzle for Battlenet.

There is a captcha and/or picture solve challenge that can be presented by the app. It is not common though.
I don’t know much about the security systems behind the scenes though so can’t offer advice on this one.

There was a similar problem last summer… I thought it was fixed… but perhaps not.
