That’s all I get this morning. It won’t wake up…Go fix it Blizzard please. Rebooting does not help.

Yeah… My Diablo 3 wasn’t installing so I thought to restart and now I’m getting the same thing. Guess I can’t even go back to playing Hearthstone anymore.

Happy season 20 to you too!
At least they know about it (I’m sure) and are working it! (hopefully)

Same here. Experiencing the same thing. Was about to get my non-seasonal Necro prepared for the rebirth.

it seems that it is general, asia, europe and americas. all with the same problem, coincidence on the day that Poe starts his new league kkkk

Blizzard Agent went to sleep. Attempting to wake it up…

Most of the employees at Blizzard are under the age of 50, so there is no excuse for them to use the “Chinese Virus” excuse to stay home and let the servers fail. The people like me who are over 60 can stay home and telecommute.

Call your people and tell them to get off their 455 and get to work.

Same issue here, seems to be a problem with Blizzard authentication servers…
A workaround is to launch D3 directly, without the Battle.net launcher… (Worked for me)

No Bnet launcher:

Go to D3 installation folder.

Make a shortcut of Diablo III.exe (not the launcher) on desktop.

Right click the new shortcut->Properties-> Target -> type at the end of the path -launch. It should look like this: "E:\Diablo III\Diablo III.exe" -launch

Updated my post with instructions… this worked for me…
Had to link to the exe in de Diablo3\x64 folder

My shortcut:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III\x64\Diablo III64.exe" -launch

ok figured it out, i was doing the d3 launcher one. Its booting in 32bit mode though, anyway to switch it to 64bit?

nevermind typed -64bit and it seems to have worked lol

This is all i know… Had to look it up myself… Maybe someone more knowledgeable can answer your last question…

Is the exe you linked to called “Diablo III64” ?

Nice Jumpman, glad that worked!

Blue’s just posted in the technical support forums. They are aware and working on it

Same here.

  1. Last night I had a couple of major Windows 10 Updates, which I installed.
  2. I also updated my NVIDIA drivers to version 442.59.
  3. This morning I manually checked for Windows Updates. None available.
  4. When Battle.net App would not wake up I uninstalled it using Revo Uninstaller. (To remove the App, all System Registry entries and all Folders and sub-Folders. I did not uninstall the games, which are on a separate M.2 SSD).
  5. I restarted my system at Revo’s request.
  6. I reinstalled the Battle.net App.
  7. I was able to change some Game Options.
  8. After “Locating” my install Folder I began to update the games I had installed.
  9. Updates stuck on “Waiting…”

At this point I closed the Battle.net App, waited a few seconds and ran it again. I’m now, still looking at the screen shown in the image above.

Note: I log in to the Battle.net App through the Americas Region. The main Region I play on is the Americas Region. But, I sometimes play on the Europe and Asia Regions too.
(So, much for starting on the Asia Region   ).

Edit:

Thanks!
