Cleared a 120 at roughly 2500p and about 19000 str, could go a bit higher with a better rift. Using azure wrath.
From my perspective it lacks one more defencive item, and about 1,5-2x the damage. Surviving when wotb was up wasn’t a problem, even without any extra healing (besides gem) i would never die, but outside of that my toughness dropped to about 1,6-2b, then I had to back off, gather more enemies, and or hit weaker white mobs.
My suggestion is to give the set the same treatment as invoker, moving the usable set pieces from chest to bracers, giving a free chest slot, thus we can fit Aquila into the build. That would solve the toughness issues in most cases. For damage i suggest adding a higher multiplier on the set. That way it would be closer to an rgk option if anything.
Did you even watch that frenzy barb clear? They were litteraly trashtalking about how bad barb is, and will never get a spot in 4 man as dps. As there are 10x better alternative boss killers. Necro and crus is 10x better.

I think you might be right with ditching WotB. I’ve been testing something all week after work. Even though I know 100 is absolutely incomparable with 120-130 (cleared 120 on PS4 with 1100 para for season 19), so far with only P700 (had to start from scratch) & 3 lvl 25 gems I was able to clear gr100 with ample time to spare and 1 death and by bad rng not a single glory orb.

Hard to trashtalk you if you don’t mention what you replaced WotB for.
But in general, no skill beats like 65%? more dmg (with 50% uptime). When pushing you need all the damage you can get. Especailly frenzy barb. Also the survivability from wotb is great. Allows for bigger or more risky pulls. Or simply tank and spank when it’s active.
If everything goes live as it stands currently, the only real use for frenzy will be an alternative to Rend for farming GR105-115. At 105 I’m averaging around 4 minutes, which is about we’re I’m at with Rend, and at 115 I’m around 6-7 minutes, which is slightly faster than my Rend (just because it starts taking longer to kill things).
So it’ll play exactly how HotA plays, be fairly difficult to gear, be outclassed at the high-tier, outclassed at the low-tier, but maaaaaybe have a spot at being good at something in the middle. Not really that exciting, but it’s better than what the wizards got this patch, lol.
To sum up my feedback…
I won’t play this set in Season 20 and it’s unlikely I ever will unless it’s adjusted.

The old charge barb toughness trick-------------APD + Frozen!
Based on my experience, when pairing with Azurewrath, well…you just need more elite and more trash. It is so much tougher than all other options.
APD + Azurewrath is absolutely insane! Just did some 125 runs, (god festering map with worst boss.) 11:47s.
I saw Bloodshed video yesterday. He used that combination, together with frost rune on Furious Charge.
This is unnecessary, unless he use EoF instead of Azurewrath.
Woooo! Maybe the nice primal APD I found just as they mostly got replaced by Morticks in WW will have another use!
I haven’t had the free time to test on PTR but have been reading about this set with interest. Here’s hoping they add in the necessary buffs to make it worthwhile!

This then driver the point that fear is purposeless in the set. Frozen will be the go to proc. Fear should be replaced with stun and we’ll let CC take its course.
How about this : feared stunned Frozen enemy take 100% more dmg for 6s
