Its happened more than once. I put a new item on and go to armory to save . Its asks do you want to override when i click ok game crashes . Just happened to have a few items on floor i needed and poof they were gone.

If this is on the PTR as I suspect it is… then you are posting in the wrong forum… use the PTR Bug Report forum.
