They didn’t even fix it this patch, it seems like they don’t care about all the hundreds of hours farmed
Same happened to me. All crafting mats, GR keys, bounty mats etc as well as gold currency are gone (set to 0) after patch/update 2.7.7. Both on EU and US chars (haven’t checked Asia chars yet). This holds true before as well as after emptying season conversion mail.
How do we get the mats back?

You might be on to something. It seems that on those accounts which I started playing in S29 (all incl. both softcore season and season ssf chars in s29), none of the mats were transferred after 2.7.7… no matter the region.

If I’m not mistaken, you should be able to embed video links as long as they’re from a trusted site, like YouTube.

If you use mobile it lets you embed videos. Not sure why normal browsers wont let you.

тоже самая проблема после окончания 29 сезона не перешли материалы из 5 акта Святая вода из Вестмарша в количестве 4500 штук так и пропали те что были не на сезоне из 5 акта теперь там просто 0 штук до технической поддержки не достучатся.
Bounty mats look OK to me. The only resource that looks off is pretty obvious lol

Ich habe auch ein ähnliches Problem: Mein gesamtes Guthaben auf HC ist weg, stand auf 0.00 gold, ALLE materialien sind weg, meine Bankfächer muss ich erneut kaufen. Es wurde also nicht nur nicht mein Guthaben übertragen, es wurde auch bereits betehendes Gelöscht. Ein Ticket brachte nichts, ich soll das hier posten, weil der support nicht bei D3 helfen kann.
Wenn ich das mir aber hier so anschaue, bekomme ich den Eindruck, dass kein Interesse seitens Blizz besteht bei diesem Problem zu helfen. Schade, ich hatte immer große Stücke auf Blizz und deren Support gehalten

I tried to open a support ticket too and signed up for the challenge of trying to make the right selection in the pre-determined issues-matrix … the one that would allow me to open a ticket to report my char has lost something due to a bug. No chance. Was offered everything from ‘restore WoW ingame mail’ to ‘my account was hacked’. In the end, I was told to post on the forums. BK’s legacy ? 
Game Masters can’t help with bugs… except to ask that you post in the Bug Report forum.
