Best way would be to provide a screenshot, so others could see what you really mean.
Some may think you expected the mats to be in the in-game mail, whereas the mats are never transferred by mail.
Some may think you know you got 0 mats from season, because the numbers do not add up (you’d have to have screenshots or otherwise notes of what you had before and after the season).
As I checked my account on all three regions, I have the mats transferred from season to non-season correctly. Well - I guess I have, because I have not taken notes before and after (so I do not know if I simply got 0 mats from season, that was added to what I already have), but anyways my mats are there.
this was my first season. i cant confirm if it deletes everything you had in ns. but that made it easy for me to recognize that everything in the crafting tab got lost on sunday
I would like to report that my act 3 bounty materials, Arreat War Tapestry from season 29 did not rolled over to my non seasonal account.

I failed at posting screenshots here, and after asking a few friends, I realized that most of the players whose materials disappeared were people who hadn’t created off-season characters.
Same here.
After Season 29 nearly everything was transferred to nonseason.
EXCEPT my 8.000 bountymats of act 4, Corrupted Angel Flesh.
These mats disappeared/were not transferred
So I cannot use the other ones, 8000 each, either.
In nonseason I had 0 Angel Flesh left, maybe that is why there is a mistake/bug.

If I’m not mistaken, you should be able to embed video links as long as they’re from a trusted site, like YouTube.

I’m not concerned about the Hellfire mats as there wasn’t much - only 19 each. But it’s painfully obvious how much bounty materials I had based simply on the one that actually DID transfer over - the Runes at 33K, the other four are ZERO. I didn’t spend all that time and effort for nothing. Refusing to add them back in? Not acceptable. Now, despite all that work, I can’t do anything because it’s all MISSING.
And people wonder why I’m reluctant to spend any more money on your games.

I got the same issue with my act 5 materials being gone entirely after season 29. I’ve been through all my characters to see if they would show up and no they didn’t.

There IS a bug while transferring bounty mats (and others?)
from Season to nonSeason
Maybe the reason is: when there are no mats in nonseason, no mats from season will be added

I really hope they will fix this, in lost 36000 act 2 bounty mats, i have everything else, but act 2 mats sits at 0, this is not okay to overlook from blizzard
I believe it’s more likely caused by not having any Characters on non-Season when the Season ends.
- If you have no non-Season Characters and played Normal or Hardcore Characters, the Mats transferred correctly.
- If you have no non-Season Characters and played Normal SSF or Hardcore SSF, there may be a bug in transferring the Mats.
Of course, I’m only speculating here.
I have “placeholder” Characters in non-Season. Both Normal and Hardcore on all 3 Regions. I have not had any issues with Mats transferring over.

Unfortunately, whether Blizzard acknowledges this as a bug or not, they are not in the habit of replacing lost items.
Let’s hope there’s a “switch” they can flip somewhere that will correct the bug and restore everyone’s Mats. (Don’t hold your breath though).

I created a brand new account this season. Played the season, etc.
When characters rolled to non-season, all mats, keystones… every number is now 0. I know how to check the mail, been playing since day 1, thank you to those that think they are helping.
I’m talking about bounty mats. I’m talking about when we crush whites, and blues, and yellows. Those mats. Every number is 0. Even Keystones? I had 100’s of everything, now I have nothing to take into the non-season? Blizzard, are you reading these and looking into this? I’ve opened tickets, those guys sent me here. This feels like it won’t be solved.
Missing act 3 mats happened on EU to me, but NA unaffected. However, have several EU characters that survived previous season rollovers and still extant.
Players losing materials for an automatic process initiated by Blizzard and entirely beyond player intervention/interaction/control is a Blizzard matter.
Therefore Blizzard is responsible for making affected players whole.
Opened two tickets with support, both referred me back here.
Okay. Well, it that case, I have no idea why some players are effected and others are not.
I agree. However, Blizzard has never restored dead Hardcore Characters or lost items for any reason. (Even if it was their fault).
(There may be some exceptions for certain games, like World of Warcraft).
If players having this issue keep reporting it, preferably with screenshots of their Mats Inventory, maybe Blizzard will start to look into it.
Same here, lost all my Act 2 bounty mats
I think you might be correct. On EU, I had 0 non-seasonal** act 3 bounty mats from crafting Aughilds/Guardians bracers and shoulders. Had several thousand act 3 bounty mats from seasonal, and didn’t occur to me to be concerned.

I was following this thread and wrote down all my mat numbers (seasonal/non seasonal, soft/hardcore, SSF/non SSF) just in case and was relieved to see that all my mats transferred correctly, because I gathered quite a number this season.
Until I wanted to run some GRs on my non-seasonal HC characters to bide the time til friday. And I couldn’t, because I didn’t have my GR keys transferred. None of the 5684 (!) of them.
Now as to where this bug resides: The one way that my HC GR key number was different from the other mat numbers was that my Non-Seasonal number before the rollover was at zero. As for having non-seasonal characters: I didn’t have any non-seasonal characters on softcore, and those numbers all transferred correctly.
So, if you want to prevent the same problem next season rollover (assuming it doesn’t get fixed) keep all your non-seasonal numbers on at least 1.
