Achievement Screen Error

When I try to view my achievements, I get a screen that says: "!! Missing!! - 0

[PH] This Text Should Be Replaced with Game data

Then the actual achievements say:
[PH] This Text Should Be Replaced with Game data repeatedly as well. I tried scanning for corrupt files but there were none. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the whole game?

Well I did the reinstall … AND checked firewall settings… AND created a character on EU… The character on EU (brand new) had the same issue.
