I am writing to you not only on my behalf but of the many others that have the same problem. The fact that your “elemental gift” this season is absolutely destroying the game for many of us with a connection that is not so good. I have tried America and Asia servers with no success. Elemental kicks in and the monsters disappear the map will not redraw. For some of us in this time of covid crisis we play a lot. You are taking away our enjoyment. Please remove the “gift”.
