No cosmetic for 10 years anniversary? 
Also, i would prefer they give double exp instead of double bounties.
And when they said 65 million nephalem, do they implied that D3 sold 65 million copies or what?

Well, it was sort of expected that the EN would become permanent. Unlike most previous themes, this one didn’t add direct power boost but was rather an alternative gameplay mode.
I’d be happy if the double bounties would extend to non-season as well. I don’t have a good speed setup for seasonal. I’m also taking a break from D3 anyway but I’ll be back at some point to farm bounties.

So now then the big question we all really need to know. Will our Atonement gems transfer to Non-Season? Because all the gear I actually want to augment is over there, not here in Season…
Also, will the permanent EN be patched in before the season ends and be active in non-season?

That is a good question. I know that they announced over 30 million sold in 2015 so 65 million sold could be possible.
It definitely is not character count.
Their works to make the game better are nothing?
