same 4 me , i was playing a rift i changed floor and stucked on load screen for almost 30 min then i alt+f4 an go off and I couldnt restart
someone to solve the problem in blizzard we have issue 3 hours now ? or sleeping on keyboard there?
This is the 3rd time for me, I have had to restart in PTR because of loosing character list. So far it has only happened in PTR, regular game is fine. This am the lag was back again and then the error , 395002 resurfaced and the list was lost.
Yup happened to me before… everytime they turn on clones it comes back. Just disable clone and use 4th slot for season 22.
Wait…what you wont get the chars back on PTR?
I took all the usual steps. Log out, log in, changed version to normal, then back to PTR. No help. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the PTR client. I am still getting the same error.

My friend and me have the same issue…
Keep in mind it is Sunday and no one is at Blioz today. If the PTR is continuing it should be back up sometime tomorrow.
This has been going on for over a week.
That may be coz same error mssge and no go. Tried re instal, etc no char list, maybe tomorrow.
sunday ptr down none care about this to fix the problem…grats blizzard keep the game dead !!!
this problem comes when u get stuck in game and quit without the normal way.
when happens in PTR the only way to be fixed is by Blizzard reseting PTR ( mesaages : this server is going to reatart in 10 min)
Until Blizzard resets PTR server u wont be able to enter gama again ( has hapenned me 3 times ( sunday afternoon was last)
Now we just have to wait till Blizzards decides is time to restart the server cuz there is many testers that cant join game.
i dont know how many testers have the same issue , but until number of people with the issue became to big, i dont believe they will do nothing.

Just had this happen to me (after playing on the PTR since the day it came up)…
I’d invited someone to my party from menus to give them a T6 1-70 boost. Clicked Start Game and after 2 minutes still hadn’t zoned into the Rift. Terminated the game using Task Manager. Restarted the game client, authentication is successful, but the “Retrieving hero list” stage times out and gives the error message…

Getting the same error message every time now.

same here…guess will have to wait…well here’s hoping that when they push this to live it won’t have these problems
