Havin same issue they send this live with these stability and error issue goin to delete every blizz game i got
same here… game freezed on loading screen, after that 395002 
I just logged in to the ptr, so it’s not shut off as of this time!
Can’t login and still getting error 395002. Tried to relogin with password and reauthenticate with my authenticator but it didn’t help. I know that this is a testserver, but i really hope this woun’t become a reality on the public final servers.
Remember they are on PST and it’s only 8:15am. Give time for people to get in, get their coffee/energy drink, review email etc…

Remember that people have been having this 395002 error for a couple of weeks now and that server restarts didn’t fix it for all of them.
And after they have a good laugh at the people crying about their suspention, blizzardon put on porpose, Just to fudj them up.
I do think that it is just like in starwars and almost every other Movie that has them implemented : The clones are evil.
Like the lag during the PTR has proven, there is not enough Memory / CPU - Power for Players + Clones and everybody wants to live , right?
So once you fall asleep, the clones awaken and delete your hero save-files.

PTR is online i ve been playing 10 minutes ago but when doing a rift i got freezed my computer then crashes and when i reestart windws 10 and tried to conect again i got the 395002 code error, now i am like every1
And i was seeing people on menu whois posting here they cant log i sopose that means chars are online but conection is lost and its the reason that dont allow players to relog
For people that can’t login to the PTR - Close [Battlenet/D3] - you can go into c:\users\Appdata\Local\battlenet\account\ and delete the number folders in there - then relogin

i have no folder like that on my computer. all other games work fine but PTR
For me, the following worked:
Close the game + bnetlauncher. Or restart your PC. Then go to
C:\Users\ “username”\Documents\Diablo III
You will find a file called D3PrefsPTR in there. Delete it and start the game
