How about using a sorc to farm those runes?
If you only target Uniques and super unique monster or bosses you won’t find those HRs. You need to kill as many mobs as fast as possible.
For HR’s you need a dedicated density farming build to maximize your effort(bliz/light sorc, javazon or the king: poison necro). The easiest to gear is a blizz sorc. Use that to farm those HR’s for your enigma.
FoH Pally in Chaos works well. Hammerdin/Zerk Barb in Trav works well. Sorc/Zon in cows works well.
I think some people just level a bunch of alts slowly… and wonder why they never see runes.
Or it’s people that do 30 chaos runs a couple days a week and talk about “how many thousands of runs” where they got nothing.

You gonna donate all that gear too so i can farm with a sorc.
cuz i only have 1 character and i cant afford to make another one.
7 months deep into this game and i still dont have a single complete trash stat geared character yet.
I dont need your free tal rasha setup. I need efficient free items.
I can donate and Ist that will allow you to buy Tal Armour and Tal Amulet to get you started. The other pieces of the set are very common. Someone might give them for free.
I can also donate a Shako and a Vipermagi and I can see what other spare junk I have laying around in my stash.
Umm dude… all you need for farming is 2 spirits, a wealth, a Shaco or 3 p-gem helm, a couple nagels a +3 skill or MF ammy… some rando boots tossed on to farm hell chaos with a FoH pally.
I’ve cleared chaos 100% naked just to test it out… FoH doesn’t need gear period for chaos. If you get non demon spawns on the walk to chaos reset.
The extra kills walking to chaos at still area level 85 kills. You don’t NEED the enigma like you do with hammerdin for example. You can legit just rock vigor aura… charge around and mop the floor with the place.
Why not just increase teh drop rate of runes so i dont have to waste more time making more characters that im never going to use anyway. On top of the wasted time and resources and the struggle to make a new character, YOU COULDNT PAY ME MONEY to do this all over again.
Why not just give you all the items the moment you make your character so you don’t have to play at all?
Again it’s arguing for reasons to not play the game. That just means at the end of the day… you don’t like the game and should find a new hobby.

That is truly sad. I have never played more than 6h in a day…and that’s in the first month from launch and I have 5 decked out chars.
It’s not the fault of the game…you might have also been unlucky, but the main issue was your inefficient approach.

Tal Sorc is underrated for sure. Personally I prefer just farming AT or Cows with Blizz Sorc, but to each their own.
Ancient tunnels got me my first HR in the first week of D2. A Sur. I bought Tal Armor with it. :)))
What’s sad is half my runes came off ghost packs on the way to summoner/countess farming keys.
I wouldn’t farm those JUST for runes, but if you are already teleing by… worth the one cast.
80% of my HR drops where from random mobs. I found them all over the map. You just need to kill everything asap. I think this is one of the most misunderstood aspects of the game by some players.
They won’t be efficient in farming Hrs without a dedicated density farming build with TP.
Yeah I always stop to kill super large packs if they don’t have immunes for w/e I’m playing.
If you have 25+ mobs on your screen and their aren’t immune you are CRAZY if you just TP past then to “farm.” Solo Baal runs are one of the places where I watch people do runs in videos and it drives me mental how many super dense rooms with boss packs they skip.
The fetish spawn maps there are gold mines. Sometimes you see like 40+ spawns in a tight group.
Ask bugles, he might give you something. He gave me enigma or ber before. Dont remember exactly which was it.
But even when hrs drops it doesnt mean you should get one for free 
You certainly dont act here as someone who would deserve it.

I still need all teh charms , AND all teh gear needs upgraded.

What were you doing all these 7 months? I dont get it lol. Farming blood moor naked? How dont you have equipped sorc in 7 months when you can have it in week.
Issue is not the game dude, your efficiency or what you do in game must be horribly bad.

Kill more than the bosses. Stop teleing past monsters/mobs. Run countess and cube the runes. Does someone have to hold your hand?
I found vex in act 1 hell off of a random monster. How? I was killing everything I ran into. Not running past to get to a boss, not teleing past to get to a boss. Play the damned game. Use the cube. You might actually surprise yourself and accomplish something. It’ll sure stop you from whining and demanding!
We are all sick and tired of hearing how you don’t get what you want and how you refuse to work for anything! Who cares if you were born against your will. You are here, deal with it.

The low dropchance of runes is just a way of giving the game longevity or pseudo-endgame, in a very cheap and low effort way. This was acceptable in 2000 because D2 still blew everyones mind at the time, but not so much in 2022.
It’s the same as those old NES games that had a volume of 4 levels and 60 minutes playtime, but were made so hard and even unfair that this was stretched to near infinity.
