Which of the build diversity enhancing choice would you take if blizzard asked the community? Replace Immunity with a Cap on monster resistance Or Synergy system to not penalize hybridation

Option 1 :

  • monster resistances are capped at 95-99%

Death to Immunities, Long Live Super resistant monsters!

Or

Option 2:

Synergies are reworked to be more open, based on affinities like “fire, cold, lightning, melee, projectile, bow, summon, aoe, physical, poison,etc”

Meaning you can buff your fire ball by investing in skills with similar traits like ice blast, charged bolt, holy fire, teeth, etc

[Synergy system 2.0] Current synergy system is flawed and could use some rework to be massively improve

Both generating build diversity their own way. Resist cap being through giving more damage liberty to skills. Synergy rework giving more build flexibility to players

If blizzard gave you the choice between one or the other to spark more build diversity in D2R which one would you choose?
