What’s going on is that they support pc, which screwed EVERY console player, and they MIGHT have a fix for us in a week or so… Until then you can’t play
can we file a case regarding this? we bought the game knowing that we can play the game anytime and us console player didn’t have the option to refund this stupid game

Send Emails to Sony / Microsoft and flood them for refunds, giving them a link to this forum and their twitter account… If there are enough they refund it for all - see: Cyberpunk
The way that you guys treat this game on consoles is beyond outrageous.
“PC just got an update, you guys on consoles just wait till things get over there. This things kinda happen, guys, get over it. Welp, I’m going to the gym now, later nerds buy a pc lol”
It is sad seeing what this company became and the way you are handling one of the greatest games of all time. I’m not buying any Blizzard game any time soon.

How come you still can’t figure out, as a company who ran the most successful MMO is the history of MMOs, the algorithm behind the amount of players vs server load? Don’t you test these things? In this case, can’t you anticipate that roughly x amount of players will be doing x amount of Pindle runs per hour? I mean it’s a pretty old game.
And why not lock out the game purchase for now, like final fantasy did? Isn’t that what you should be doing until things are resolved?

I was doing good for a while mentally… until I started playing this game. Now I’m back to being angry and depressed. Thanks Blizzard great customer service…

Shame my refund request was denied. €40 to be disappointed is not what I was looking for.
This whole situation is absolutely and completely unacceptable. I mean you have TWENTY YEARS of data on this game, including user behavior, that should have been used to inform infrastructure decisions. But Blizzard was lazy, incompetent, cheaped out, took peoples’ money for a game experience that was falsely advertised as ready for release, and is now handling things as sloppy as seemingly humanly possible. @pezradar, please tell everyone at Blizzard who had anything to do with his this all went down to go eff themselves.

How can Blizz have 17 years of experience with server loads from WoW but do no stress testing on a 20 year old games netcode and just hoped it would handle it.

What Plattform? If Playstation the trick is to annoy them even more… In Germany it’s only endurance you need… They say “no” and you “yes”… and in the end you will get it. Refunded a Supporterpack for a f2p game there, cause it didn’t run as intended at this time

Dear blizzard , your can’t even stabilize PC Platform and want/dream to develop into cross-platform game. shame on you
let us play our online character to offline … so that we don’t need to bother PC player connecting to the server at least for now so that everyone is happy

Why Blizzard just add more server to sustain the amount of players they are getting and the exceed of lobbys are getting this is the only problem ya having for that a max player Queue and maximus exceed of games the servers can support I’m sure this is main reason your servers were crashing and Authentication issue is just for logging issues. The solution to your server problem, add more servers. simple. unless ya setup a bugged and the company dont want to spend more on making it better for the costumes wish is us the player.

For consoles… At least give us an option to transfer online characters to be able to be used offline!! Wtf Blizzard!?
