I do think their message was quite clear, As I interpret it:

L:adder will reset Feb 22nd, do not expect any changes/updates.

I mean, there wasn’t much to read into … pretty simple message.

Time has been updated to 5:00pm PT to be more consistent with Diablo III times historically and to revert back to what we had for the first few seasons.
