Same here, my character was also gone today 09/26/2021 11:15 AM PST, it was there 1:30 AM PST on the same day but morning when I logged back, character disappear

Same here Sorc gone, have no reason to play again if its gone forever. Even more yesterday when finished normal ACT 5, game crashed and I lost my mage staff with +3 skill to Ice blast.
Looks like everyone has this issue my characters are gone also
Lost my level 81 sorc. Well done on this game. Only in development for 20 years and still couldn’t manage to get it right.
Yep. Lost my 73 sorc and 7 other chars… I don’t even mind being booted for maintenance just don’t delete my entire account please.
I had played on my second computer, (because on my main computer, the game black screens and crashes when I open it) and I lost my online character too. Course’ I didn’t get very far, but yea. Me too.
Just logged in 30 minutes ago and played. Relogged in now, all characters gone. Bring them back or just refund. First I lost a ton of progress on day one, now I lost the characters too

Level 37 Sorc gone. I log off for 20 minutes and my account is blank. Just bought the game yesterday. What a joke
Hopefully this is just because of maintenance, but my lvl 42 sorc is gone
My CHARS all are gone, give me back my chars or refund the game, do not make us waste time.

I lost lvl70 sorc with Jah and Ist runes 
I hope it’s just maintenance and my precious coming back
I was playing today with no issues and then the game crashed suddenly, my characters have also vanished. I’m assuming if they do come back I will be rolled back FOR A SECOND TIME and my items will be lost. Lovely. I also would like to be refunded this entire experience has been terrible.

My characters are also gone. Hopefully they’ll come back after the maintenance is done in about two hours.
