Your today update, 2021-09-26 started. It dropped my game while I was playing. I logged back like the update said and SURPRISE ! My 3 characters are GONE.
a level 50 paladin, a level 47 amazon and a hardcore lvl30 paladin. I’M pretty upset right now because I have wasted all this time for nothing.
Honestly, refund my game if you can’t get my characters back. I’ done.

There’s a maintenance now from 10:30 AM (PDT) to 1:30 PM (PDT), probably that’s why.
