Sorry to hear about your loss.
I myself lost all of my stuff… due to some bug on blizzards side.
I tried to get it back… They won’t restore any deleted data… even if they are responsible for that deletion.
Many of us have lost our characters and items… here is what they said.
Sorry for your loss… but it’s just gone gone.
You can keep playing, but just play knowing you could lose it all at any moment… Not worth it to me.
