Unable to join offline game

I was previously playing offline because of the ridiculous ques. I had a lv 6 Sorceress and was fighting blood raven. I got her to 75% health and it wouldnt go lower then when she had over 50 zombies the game had a major crash and dumped the save file. I go to start a new careater and now i can’t even start an offline game as it is saying failed to join game. how do you fail to join an offline game. it doesn’t even go to a server. how do i fix the issue and what info do you need

Hey mate, I was able to solve the same/similar issue for my offline character. Try this:

[SOLVED] "Failed to join game" for offline character after crash

Whilst playing in game, my PC crashed (likely caused by the game itself, however irrelevant). Upon restart, I fired up the game again, and tried to play as that same offline character, and I’m faced with the error “Failed to join game”. Restarting the game does not solve this problem.
