You can’t buy ITEMS though, you CAN buy an account with items already on it, you CAN buy a botters time and get them to find stuff on your account. This is all very convoluted and risky, most offering d3 services are outright scams or will see your account banned if not stolen.
Accept the fact that trading will not be in D4 as it’s the only way to effectively combat botting/rmt/jsp vermin.

As I explained in post 98, in D2R, one can directly buy a specific item . Since D3 lacks free trade, one can not do that but has to buy a geared account, give their account/password out, or pay for a carry/gear share where RNG determines tbe shared items.
All of this breaks the EULA.
