So for the hour i was able to play today i got a few items and completed up to act 5. so i get on now and my sorc is rolled back to act 2 thanks guys. a+ on service.

Agreed… I lost all of my items… Tried for a refund… till the game was stable… declined… asked for my stuff and this is what they told me.

Yup, apparently this is the common response. I’m trying to create a little support group for those that have experienced this particular loss. It really sucks that a company as big as Blizzard would show this amount of disregard for its hardcore fans.
Diablo 2 is a hardcore game, Blizzard decided to push it even more further by giving a feel of despair and uncertainty. You never truly know if you posses your looted item and whether you gonna lose it after the next downtime. THE DARK FANTASY game with extra immersion

It is only funny cause it is true. I lost from a2-5 progress a tarnhelm(trash I know) and a goldwrap gone on me sunday.

I highly doubt that is what is breaking the game. Yes a problem but a game breaker no i don’t think so.
