Skillers which give +1 to a Skill Tree are a limiting factor for the viability of hybrid builds in the late game. Simply change them to give +1 to Class Skills.
Try your best to tell me why that would be overpowered.
D2R is very different from LoD if you havenât noticed. TZâs and Sunder Charms for starters. Many skills have been heavily tweaked. Attack speed calculations have been streamlined. Not to mention the runewords.
My point is that D2 is and always was a game with massive changes being made continuously. Try Classic mode without runewords. 1.09 and 1.10 basically redid the whole game.
âThe old school D2 experienceâ is one of constant fear that your overpowered broken build got fixed next patch.
It became different, and the changes you referring to, lets say, are not the best decisions made.
Yes HAS BEEN, this game is basically done, why you demand changes on a REMAKE. Sundercharms and Mosaic one the worst changes of all we got, FHR another example they messed up. We donât need more stupid changes like magical chars that give +1 class skills or whatever. D2 donât need new stuff, it does not need to evolve further, most changes should have never been made.
You always have to make compromises if you skill in several trees. Not to mention the paladin, what do you think how much dmg he would do with these charms lol.
LOD was an expansion and it was kinda ânaturalâ that changes and new content will happen. But we didnât got a new expansion pack.
If the D2R team was as good at coming up with changes as me, then I wouldnât need to do it.
The introduction of the Runeword system back in 1.09 and 1.10 broke all rare and most unique and set items in the game but who wants to get rid of runewords?
Itâs not changes that are bad. Itâs bad changes that are bad.
Level 25 conc aura gives +210% damage to Hammers, Level 35 (+ten all skills charms) gives +285% to Hammers. Thatâs a net damage increase of 24% compared to normal Pcombat skillers.
So a reason to overpower more, implement another thing that 2 or three builds that are already OP profit even more from than others. Same with your idea mergin all sorc masteries⌠Sure man, keep on dreaming lol

Very good Builds 16k
Fully focused on hammer damage you can hit 18k
But on a solid 16k build youâd now have 20k hammers with no sacrifice to other stats. Would be a crazy boost.
Edit: There might also be hybrid builds that would contend of being viable, but this probably isnât a big enough change to make that truly possible. Youâd still be missing far too much in synergies in both trees to be good in either category. Stuck at decent at best.

Does not necessarily mean you will get smarter tho.
Power creep, as such class skillers are strictly better than the current skill tree skiller.
They should be worse than the current skillers in some way, such as having no suffix or a different (larger) size, maybe 4Ă1.
