Is there truly no mention of 3rd party web site trading being “rule breaking”
I admit, i don’t read digital crock docs. And i won’t.
Please, someone post the actual TRUE answer , and any evidence if applicable,
EDIT: IF not one person can not post an actual digital crock doc snippet, that indeed states it is rule breaking, i wont even mention it ever again.

It’s not about the tos saying it’s fine. It’s about this already having been settled legally. Blizz tried to shut the site down years ago when it also hosted botting for the game. It became a legal battle. There was a negotiation where jsp agreed to remove all it’s support for botting(which it would have been found in violation of tos), But it was allowed to continue operating as a trade forum. So to now ask blizz to ban, or cease and desist, or sue, or w/e; is a moot request. Nothing has changed since the case was originally settled and jsp finds itself still clear of tos or other legal violations with blizzard.
Mate, im not in on your war, i dont care. I just asked for a single piece of evidence… If it cant be provided, that kinda says it all.

Tos agreements only outline what are violations, not what isn’t. That’s where confusion lies because people cite things they think applies to jsp, but have already been settled and decided it doesn’t.
But, IF it exists in a digital croc doc, than according to the rules provided, it would be cheating.

Streamers are not allowed to visit the site I mean if that doesn’t clarify it and the history of this site beeing a how to bot/dupe/maphack guide, if you’re still defending it why don’t you go to the blizzard HQ with a sign “I am a d2jsp user please perma ban my account for beeing cheating scumbag”
Yea, that’s how the site started… is it the only place with “shady beginnings” nope. Nothing wrong with using JSP for trading.
i’m literally posting in their forum arguing for jsp. Have not been banned for it.
And i don’t cheat. I just want trade to be easier. I’ve never used hacks, i’ve never stolen or ripped people off. Nothing that could be called cheating. Just trade, like others do on other sites and discord.
It’s blizzards fault aswell don’t get me wrong. They could’ve done a PoEish trading site while doing the game, but yeah all the forumgold those scammers and cheaters and 
swipers have gathered over the years they literally can buy a perfect endgame class pack day 1, 2 or 3 with it. Guess they don’t like grinding and actually playing the game ¯_(ツ)_/¯
How many times does this strawman need to be addressed? It’s such a bs argument. You can start with nothing and trade up.
Forgot about streamers. They do use jsp and just don’t say so publicly. They want people like you to watch them, so if they were public their numbers would drop. But when you realize they’ve been doing high end pvp in legacy, the only way to get those top tier circs and stuff is through jsp. There’s no perfect 15ed enigma worth half of some of those items.

You can’t have an even playing field on any game where RMTs are occurring. The only completely fair play you’re going to find these days are games without gear and good anti-cheat or playing at LAN parties where you can monitor other players. Even if JSP was gone (a site where you don’t have to spend a dime to do trading) many third party sites would just fill that void. It would just create a trade vacuum and everyone would flock to another location and do the exact same thing.
If 99% of trades in game trades weren’t players trying to scam each other trying to get the other party to over pay a system like this would be less needed. But we have a toxic player base where people try to exploit each other and so such a system came to be in order to give players fair trade values.
yes I know where they come from. You realize the odds on those very top tier ones? Sure with enough gold you can gamble a decent circ to hold you over, but it’s very hard to get one with high rolls and all the right mods. Those top teir guys have circs that’re nearly perfect, and they only pop up every so often. Rarer than any runes.
You should stick to mobile p2w games if you don’t like grinding games and be happy if something gg drops and you know you can craft something or trade it and not be like “wowee 5 bucks on my scam site lets go baby”

What really controlling the market is the Chinese RMT site sellers. Before any idiot cry racism, I am Chinese and I am seeing it with my own eyes on various non English trading platforms. We called them “work room” in direct translation or “studio”. They move from game to game, explioting every opportunity to profit. Dummies here could not see those problem but choose the d2jsp hill to die on is just moronic.
Yep - if you invest hours of your life into this game, might as well use d2jsp to get the most out of it. Maybe not cry as much over being antisocial. Idk.
