Yesterday I had been playing and got a +2Skills necromancer head and and replaced my Splendor Necromancer head with it and played a few games, saving and quitting each. I had put the Splendor Neromancer head in my Stash or the Horadric cube as I recall. I stopped playing around 630am PST. I log in around 1pm and the +2skills necromancer head is completely missing from my character and inventory, with the Splendor Necromancer head being equipped as if I never got the +2skills necromancer head.
How is my item just missing like it never happened? I saved and quit each game. Is there any way to get this item back? Real horrible feeling losing progress like that. Please let me know what’s going on or if this can be resolved asap. Thanks.
