If they nerfed characters by 5%, and buffed monsters by 20% would you be fine with a charm inventory?
If not you’re simply against change, and just pretending power creep is an issue.

does holding more charms give you more power? (hint: yes)
But you aren’t
You still have the same charm potential
you can try and change my argument to fit your narrative but it doesnt make it true. i am against removing the trade off consideration of how many charms to hold vs inventory space. i think thats been overwhelmingly clear so either you cant read or you are being intentionally dishonest
if that change was made 95% of players would be holding more charms if not all, most people are not playing with an inventory of 100% charms. so we can live in fantasy land where you are or in reality. This will increase the charms / active player aka buff
So you’re saying that loot management is a key/important/fun part of your gameplay?
when did I say that? im saying the trade off is by design and eliminating that trade off is a buff. again, you can keep trying to rephrase my argument inaccurately or make claims im saying things im not, but thats not reality. i think playing with 100% full charms is either for pvp or designed to not be efficient for pvm (for the 1000th time a trade off)
Charms wont work in these slots. There is no power being added. Yikes and I though Seks was thickheaded, and he and I are agreeing here…
Woah that’s where you’re flat out wrong. The trade-off is in no way by design, the devs created charms as cool bonuses and had zero information on how min/maxers would take it. Not only that but arguing that why the devs wanted originally is best for the game means that we should eliminate all changes ever made in any patch. Eliminating the tradoff is not a buff if they nerf characters and buff monsters to counter it. Meanwhile you’re making that point even though you said my counter didn’t apply and even called it disingenuous iirc. Who is being disingenuous now?
let me make this really clear and hopefully you can either realize its a buff to current gameplay or make a direct counter.
have you ever MF’d with your inventory 100% charms?
if you have to buff monsters to counter it then its clearly a buff to players. thanks for agreeing
In the case of PvM there is at least a 4 slot power creep from those who use cube only to loot. Saying that there is absolutely no power creep simply isn’t true. Regardless there should just be a charm inventory, loot management and those who love it are a tad bit off in the head tbh.
I thought you said that point was disingenuous tho? If it is back on the table, then having a charm inventory and conversely balancing the game for it should be absolutely zero issue for you. Or are you just running in circles now because your argument is trash?
you are misconstruing what ive said. ive said from the start its not QoL its a clear buff. the debate is simple, is it a buff (yes / no)
never said I love loot management but again, you all are great at changing my argument
Not even power creep… it’s the potential that counts
You have 40slots in both situations
when did i say i opposed that? you seem to keep trying to change my argument/reasoning to fit some argument im not making. my argument is simple : the charm loot suggestions is a buff. period.
no its really not, this is where you are misguided in most of your threads. you cant seem to differentiate between paper math and real life math. sometimes they are the same but often they are not.
how players play in the current system vs one with a separate charm loot with the same max of charms is VERY different and will absolutely increase the average players power. how is that even needing to be discussed? this is logic 101
If the buff is completely negated, then is it a buff at all? (yes/no)
I’ll do the math for you a 0% gain will never be a buff so the answer is no.
And then we’d have the QoL portion left which is great.
Thank you for agreeing with me.
how a charm inventory would change my playtime
instead of having to store gems, low runes and jewels between every trav run i would only do this every 10 runs
i would spend less time looking through my inventory and stash wich for some is some kind of powercreep
what a joke
The only one arguing with all of us had his argument destroyed. We should move on from arguing about if there should be one, to exactly what would be best.
