If a human plays perfect like a bot, long durations like a bot, doesn’t pause like a bot… Then the detection algorithms might think you’re a bot.

If you feel a thirst, quench it.
If mother nature calls, don’t hold it. (or get rid of the bedpan, Cartman. )
If your eyelids feel heavy, go stare at them for a while.
If you get bored, do something else for a while.
And other various human like activities that bots don’t care about.

I haven’t seen any live pindle farming footage… so no evidence… he probably WAS botting lol

He didnt post the video yet soon it will be online

A requirement for becoming a “human bot”… A fully functional toilet gaming chair, preferably with a bidet.

You need to set up a mini fridge and microwave in the bathroom with your pc! Never needing to leave is key also just pass on the John it’s fine

If you have never set up in the bathroom for a long gaming session are you really a gamer???

this is ridiculous. the guy is obviously a no-lifer in d2r and gets banned for it. if there is so much evidence that he broke the rules (botting?), blizzard should at least show some of it, but as usual there is no human behind these support messages and there is no verified evidence either. just some cheap algorithm that is supposed to “detect” botting.
that tells me: if i get banned for no reason, there’s no chance to get support and i’ll probably stay banned. this makes me really think about quitting.

i still don’t know who “Pepole” is :joy:

In his previous video he said he used a “MF counter”.
Blizz stated multiple times not to use any 3rd party software that might interact with the game, and since we don’t actually know what counter he used… maybe that was the reason?

Its fine to be flagged by system for doing 7k runs. Its absolutly not ok to be banned without review from human and not automatic system.

The irony is their ban appeal staff is literally a bot.

Only one solution: BOYCOTT D4

In June’s ban-wave they say almost 100k accounts got banned. Do you really think any company would have enough resources to manually check every suspicions activity case ?

If not automated software were found running or some other shady stuff and ban was triggered only by number of runs… Yes absolutly. Otherswise dont make a game if you are unable to control it and end up banning people who do not cheat. This is like worst you can do to your customers. And its terrible reputation as 3 week bans were lifted without any compensation.

we don’t know if the ban was triggered by the number of games, that’s just what he’s saying, and we can’t consider that as “evidence”.

he also admitted to using a 3rd party “MF counter” application which is probably what triggered the algorithm.

Yes we will never know for sure, but this forum is evidence that people were banned for running trav runs and they kept being banned for weeks before blizzard admitted they didnt do anything. No compensation, just weak apology, start of season ruined. Their automated system is terrible. And what is the most funny part? Audacity in their emails claming how they carefully reviewed it. Yeah right ::grin:

video evidence is not really evidence.

you could video 999 legit runs and cheat off cam for one and get caught

they do have false positives and they should remedy that somehow… but yeah video evidence is no evidence when it comes to being legit in games.

you can prove that someone cheated with videos, but you cant prove that you never cheated with videos.

Can’t blame anti-cheat to be honest, the game is braindead and very bot-like so hard to differentiate actual bots from no-life players.

True, in the past what they have done is install a proprietary sort of spyware on end-user’s computers without informing them. This basically guarded memory segments associated with the game and also searched for known hacks function signatures. This is the most valid anti-cheating approach and the legality of it seems kind of sketchy.

But all this really did is create a sort of organized crime syndicate of hackers who release ‘public’ versions of their cheats to eventually get banned while using modified/optimized code for themselves. These people still persist and supplement their income by leeching the life and enjoyment from the regular player experience. Many players are fully willing to open their wallets to them for the privilege of shortening their enjoyment of Blizzard’s end product.
