Don’t sit here and tell me i can do anything. I play literally every single night there are ZERO games viable to mf. Every game is trade games or 2 min bot baal games.
There are no act 1 fresh games in hell like normal and NM bud. Once you get to hell its solo for the majority of us.
Okay, first off I have more gear than you every season. I am making a legitimate post for people who do not want to deal with a toxic discoord community. I am sure there are some good ones but most of these groups are janky.
I run with JSP groups and it took years of building relationships to be able to compete some what with the bots. We have big groups but we DO NOT allow new players into said groups on HC mode. It’s just way to risky you have to have a phenomenal rep to even get considered.
I am speaking for all the players I meet and try to help. 99% of the people I run into say the same thing I am saying rn. Should they be punished because they don’t want to join discoords full of random people to compete with bots?
I would be okay with no Player/8 if blizzard was doing even .00005% of anything to fight back against botting.
They are not doing anything to bots in D2r or World of warcraft. The occasional ban wave that the botters LITERALLY know about and post in discoord (suspect) do nothing. They guys running bots are already prepared for the next 5 years worth of blizzards god awful lazy approach to doing 1 ban wave every 6 months.
But keep screaming no player/8 and when the games empty you will be here chilling by yourself.
While i believe other avenues are needed to level past 95, I’m pretty sure you could pre 1.09 get to 99 via cows, its been so long.
Players 8 is not the fix, and reason I say that is, what would the players actually do if this was implemented? they would just run quick super chest games straining the server even more until they got what they wanted then go player 8 lvl 85 zones killing economy within a week and the economy is already divided between jsp, pay2win sites, new sites like traderie and old school face to face traders.
Players 3 is the highest I would go and only because it helps with the no drop issue and to encourage people to level I would lock it behind a lvl 95 achievement. And I still think this is dumb.
Basically players 8 on bnet is stupid i f you want players 8 play offline.
If you want other alternatives to level 99 then lets hear that.

Player/8 still wouldnt come even remotely close to touching what the bots do to the economy not even a spec. They’re already doing p5+ games.
The solution is to implement personal loot. Players 8 can still be implemented but have it not influence drop rates.

And the point is, you still need to play with other humsn beings. Being in game with them so they can interact with you. Thats the point of online mode.

Basically you want offline benefits in online setting to suit you’re pvp goals, What players want doesn’t necessarily mean its good for the game as a whole.

i already quit lol, as non seasonal player, game is dead already,
no new content, i try sell my Pgem in trader1e, damn its not sold in days, used to be less in day the pgem are easy sell, and if i check last transaction, for Pgems are like 2 days ago, lol, RIP

To me it makes perfect sense since it’s way more appealing finding your own items rather than trading it, especially with a gigaflooded market where there is absolutely no anti cheat measures.
When it comes to balance I’m not sure I get it, some classes are better than others but I see absolute zero issues with that since you can just look at your own class ladder.
What happens to the toons after? I mean can you really roll them into the general non ladder system? Wouldnt think you would. Players 8 offline is insane for loots, wonder if people have even really tried it.

Well thats why they want it. I dont think it belongs to ladder. Its great offline feature to simulate to simulate real players. You dont need it online.
Selfound ladder would be basicly race of botters.
Player with most effective bot which would start sooner would win.

Everything has at least one or more builds that can handle P8 in some areas solo. Barb may be at the bottom of the pack without amazing gear. I don’t think anyone picks a Druid to be fast anyway.
It’s also important to point out that anyone trying to be as efficient as possible is already going to be picking meta builds to farm with. Players command also has more settings than just P8. It benefits and gives options to people even who aren’t being as hyper-efficient as possible.
I do think they should feel free to buff weaker classes/specs though.
Odd that you think this is an argument against difficulty settings and not an argument to buff weaker specs.
Players X will not make it zoom zoom. A droo chance of .0016 is not zoom zoom.

If our characters are offline we cannot do that.
