On PC, created an offline necro, got to level 15 or so and now its gone. online character still shows but offline one is completely missing…

Same thing to me, but was level 21. Logged out, came back and its gone
I also had the same issue with an offline Necromancer. I had close to 50k in gold as well that is gone. I logged out a few times but kept the game on in the main menu. Closed it and try to log in a few hrs later and he is just gone…
I have the same Problem. I had also a Necromancer level 15 or something like that, my lvl 1 online necro is still there but not my offline necro…
For me the same, level 16 necromancer just vanished…
i have the same problem , all my offline charakters is gone.
You guys should check out if the character save files are still in the save folder.
I Have in folder just on-line Charakters And one off-line which i create 1 hour ago. My necro And barb Are not there.
Sorry to hear that… Maybe they are syncing to the servers… Cause TONS of online characters have been deleted and if this is like that… well the stance is simple… they won’t restore any deleted data… no matter who caused the delete, them or us. In this case sounds like them.
Here is what they told me.
Since you are playing offline here is what YOU can do. Manually or write a batch script file that copies the save data into a backup folder every time you launch or exit or want. That way you don’t lose all your progress. That’s what I would have done with the online saves… they are not huge files… just have multiple backups.
