same here - was on Xbox and lost connection. All characters gone. Logged into my PC account and same deal. Nothing is here.
I keep looking for what we are supposed to do because I lost my character as well. This is my only day off and I was hoping to get some time playing.
10:16am EST. Still no access to characters. All missing from select screen.

The same thing happened to me. Logged out to have my dinner, when I tried to play, got black screen with no characters showing. Hope the problem is fixed soon.
I have the same problem. Did an update and my online character went missing. It just disappeared
Same here! All my characters are gone. Will be uninstalling if I donāt get them back. This is insane.

Restarted the game and it took some time to load the character screen and now all my characters are goneā¦ what the hell?
Donāt do that Blizzard! Traded a couple of days and I already got Jah and 3/4 of Ber.

Me, too. Seems to be a lot of peopleā¦ lets hope for a quick fix.
It also takes quite some time to start the gameā¦ stuck in the black loading screen with only the logo on the bottom right.
