Curious too. Looks like people want the spear instead? The spear went up to Lo when 2.4 released, not sure about the price now, but I seems to see ones for sale at Lo from time to time
Probably depends a lot on whether or not you have an Act1 Faith Merc, that kind of brings the numbers down for breakpoints. I wish someone would help us out… maybe those people on that new Discord server that started in trade? 
Pike is inferior to Spear because of speed, since most of dmg is elemental not physical for Infinity spearzone.
I saw Spears for Lem/Pul so i guess Pike may not found buyer at all.

Well, since I basically consider Lems and Pul almost nothing, and if you are right this is worth less than that, the mcielak states its worthless, and to think I almost got excited.
Even if you have an act 1 faith merc, you need 80 IAS to reach a 9 frame attack. Getting that with an ideal lightning strike spearazon would be impossible to do without sacrificing lightning strike damage.
With a mat spear, you only need 40 IAS which can be done with gloves and highlord’s.
Yeah, I was shocked when I plugged the numbers into the IAS Calc earlier today, the reason I asked is I thought maybe there was a factor I didn’t realize.
So Mancatcher/Ghost Spear or +3 Matriarchal Spear, is one side of that clear cut over the other?
I havent seen anyone use ghost spear infinity yet. So probably can remove that from the running.
My post here maybe can help abit.
For me if you are not going pvp, mancatcher or +3 mat spear is ok. Because an act 1 merc with faith can get you to 9fpa easily. But if got pvp then mancatcher would be better because your merc will be first to die during pvp. What you rely on to get 9fpa would be weapon base speed plus you ias on your build. But that dosent mean +3 mat spear cant. You still able to achieve it by using high ias build.
But that to say you will find another problem in the resistance as well as maybe sacrificing enigma and unable to teleport.
Its up to everyone own preference.

Lem/Pul now? So it must mean that the new Spearzon in 2.4 isn’t really as good as other existing builds, including LF Javazon? That’s sad, as they did nerf LF Javazon (less CS synergy for lower level or hybrid builds) to give Spearzon a buff 
I guess losing the shield is just too much?
