My items are gone

i just got tal’s helmet and i log off few mins later the sever is down…
and i log on back again my items are gone

Bummer! Could have been a minor rollback from the server update… but regardless this is what blizzard told me about missing items.

So as many of you know, you can suddenly and without any kind of warning lose either all your items, your characters, or random stuff.
