They continue to make changes with no regard to how it affects pvp balances. They continue to take advice on those changes from popular “Content Creators” who have never played the PVP side of Diablo II once in their lives. They fail to realize that a big part of Diablo II’s insanely long Shelf Life of popularity was due, in part, to the PVP side of the game.
